We're selective. We review every application personally. We don't list everyone who applies — we list consultants who have genuine depth in a specific area and can back it up.

Who we're looking for

Three things we look for in every applicant

Genuine platform depth

You've implemented the tool, not just managed campaigns on top of it. You understand the data layer, the API, the gotchas that only show up in production.

A defined ICP

You know who you're best for and who you'd refer elsewhere. Generalists need not apply. The consultants we list are specialists who have a clear answer to "who is this not for."

References you can provide

We ask for references and we follow up on them. Not logos — actual people who can speak to the quality and outcome of your work.
